Your satisfaction is important. Please contact us at 812-359-4965 or email us at parts@mcdonaldparts.com as soon as you are aware of a problem. We  do not accept returns after 30 days. All refunds made for returned  items will exclude original shipping charges. If the refund is needed  to an error on our part, return shipping cost if made by ground  freight UPS. We will not accept returns sent COD’s. All returns  are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Electrical items are not warranty  or eligible for refund. Items that have been altered by mounting or  other methods are not returnable. Original invoice must be included.

If an item arrived damaged please contact us immediately at  812-359-4965 or email us at parts@mcdonaldparts.com. We will work quickly to help replace the item if another  is available.
